Clean thoughts

Found this in another blog.

======================================================

Ms Brooks was having trouble with one of her first-grade pupils.

"Johnny, what is your problem?"

Johnny answered, "I'm too smart for the first Grade. My sister is in third grade and I'm smarter than she is! I think I should be in the third-grade too!"

Ms Brooks had had enough, so she took Johnny to the principal's office.

The principal agreed he would give the boy a test and if he failed to answer any of his questions he was to go back to the first-grade and behave.

He started by asking Johnny some simple arithmetic.

"What is three times three?"

"Nine, Sir."

"How much is nine times six?"

"Fifty-four."

And so it went with every question that principal thought a third-grade should know. The principal looked at Ms. Brooks and said, "I think Johnny can go to the third grade! He seems smart enough."

Ms Brooks said to the principal, "Let me ask him some questions?"

The principal and Johnny both agreed.

Ms Brooks said, "What does a cow have four of that I have only two of?"

Johnny, after a moment, answered "Legs, Ma'am"

"What is in your pants that you have but I do not have?"

"Pockets!"

"Ok, what does a dog do that a man steps into?"

"Pants!"

"What starts with a C and ends with a T, is hairy, oval, delicious and contains thin whitish liquid?"

"Coconut!"

"What goes in hard and pink then comes out soft and sticky?"

The principal's eyes opened really wide and before he could stop the answer, Johnny was taking charge.

"Bubblegum!"

"What does a man do standing up, a woman does sitting down and a dog does on three legs?"

"Shake hands, Ma'am."

"Now for some 'Who am I' sort of questions, OK? First one. You stick your poles inside me, you tie me down to get me up, and I get wet before you do."

Johnny, quick as ever, answered "Tent!"

"OK, a finger goes in me. You fiddle with me when you're bored. The best man always has me first."

The principal was looking restless and a bit tense.

But Johnny was on the ball with "Wedding Ring!"

"I come in many sizes. When I'm not well, I drip. When you blow me, you feel good."

"Nose!"

"Right, I have a stiff shaft, my tip penetrates, and I come with a quiver."

"Arrow."

"Good, now with the last one. What word starts with 'F', ends in 'K', and means a lot of heat and excitement?"

"Fire truck, Ma'am!"

The principal breathed a sigh of relief and said to the teacher, "Send him to university!!! I got the last ten questions wrong myself!"

Chemistry

The periodic table of elements. I need to memorise them, part of them, in order to master Chemistry.

Luckily I'm guided by a good teacher. On Thursday she danced in the science lab, with my friend as her partner. As you might have expected, we kept teasing him for "eating teacher's tofu", as he put his hands on my teacher's hips and spun around.

And she always brings us to a science lab equipped with air conditioner. Notice how I use the word "brings"? It's not the past. It's still happening and she is still bringing us to the air-conditioner room.

Lucky us.

Add. Maths teacher did something scary, in 4C1, luckily. She caught three students sleeping in her class. Furiously she woke them up, scolded them, and had their handphone numbers and phoned their parents right in the class, in front of 40 pairs of eyes and three weeping students.

I'm lucky I'm not her prey, yet, I wouldn't dare saying I will not be one later.

Warning!

Red Alert! Red Alert! Two ferocious dogs escaped from Tanjung Rambutan, currently lurking around Taman XXX and some people have been reported to be bitten!! Red Alert! Red Alert.

Haha~~
I was cycling on Saturday evening. A dog chased after me, barking fiercely at me and ran after me, in a slow pace, luckily. I wasn't scared but I cycled faster. The second time wasn't that lucky. I was cycling, looking at the houses when a dog suddenly came chasing after me. It caught me off guard, and I was practically panting after I escaped. Geez....he had almost bitten my leg. I had decided not to cycle today, not with two ferocious dogs lurking around my house, ready to bite me. haha.. xD

I kill my time by surfing the internet. And by "internet", I mean facebook. Blogging too, but less often. Facebook is still getting boring. But thanks to the existence of Restaurant City, I killed my time by looking for the Gourmet King. It seems daft, but I guess it is. I was praying that I could play badminton this afternoon. I hadn't played for 2 months, and my hands were itching and I wanted to swing. But lucky wasn't always on my side. The hall was used. Again, a boring Sunday afternoon.

But I went to Megamall. Form 4 is not going to be easy, and I'm pretty sure I'm mentally prepared. I bought some reference books. Something funny happened. Me and my mother went to the Thai restaurant and we ordered our meals. My mother's meal was overcooked, and mine was like uncooked. The chef must be new! A singing competition was being held. And my ossicles were struggling to keep themselves from bursting. Their singing was awful and their voices were hoarse. And they kept singing. God!!

Third Week

Again, my weekly update.

==January 18, 2010, Monday==
News about the capsized boat has been the centre of attraction of every newspapers all over Malaysia. When I heard of the news, I was pained. I lost a relative two years ago, my grandmother. I wasn't very close to her, and yet I cried during her funeral. So I know exactly how the deceased's relatives and friends feel. I couldn't imagine what will happen to me if I lose a friend. I don't want to make that assumption. It pains.

Lim Guan Eng comes to our school. Embarassingly, I couldn't recognise him because I have never met him before. Politics has never caught my attention. I just ignore all political news in the newspapers.

==January 19, 2010, Tuesday==
Chemistry teacher has nearly gone berserk when she learnt that we are not fully prepared for her lesson. She gives us a lecture, not long, not emotional, but we know she is a wee bit disappointed. We write an English essay today. Yeppie!! My Malay teacher loves to drag, and half of my class don't like his teaching, albeit his friendliness is much appreciated. News about the capsized boat is still hot. My most sincere condolences are sent to the six deceased. May all of you rest in peace.

==January 20, 2010, Wednesday==
Gate locked!! Great. Now we don't have to enter the class. You think it's true?? Go dream la. It is open later. I almost slept during Physics. After that, one of my friends requests my classmates to sing a birthday song for me. I flee from the class immediately. Who knows?? When I return, they sing the song for me. Thanks guys.

Happy Birthday wishes are thrown to me. I felt embarassed, because I don't know their birthdays. Photoshooting sessions are being conducted. And Kai Zhe did something funny. He smile abruptly, showing all his teeth when the photo was about to be taken. All of the people burst out laughing. So did I!

Afternoon we go to a restaurant for our lunch. We waited for 45 minutes, and due to the lack of time, we have to leave, with an empty stomach. We walk back to the school and have lunch there. Activity day. 21 new form 3 students. Welcome to the family, although I can see that most of you are deadly bored.

End of my 16th birthday.

==January 21, 2010, Thursday==
I miss 3A5 so much!! I thought I can get over it, so it doesn't seem to be easy. An experiment is being conducted that tested our creativity. History sejarah makes all of us on fire. We hope so much we can yell at him, but we couldn't. Anyway, every single impression he gives us has been destroyed completely. My very first time fully-awaken condition during Biology lesson. Tuition in the afternoon. Today is also the day two of my friends celebrate their birthday.

==January 22, 2010, Friday==
There has been a change in our timetable, again. My english teacher is really frustrated, and so do we. We are requested to write an essay. I have no idea what to write, so I have to improvise. House Practice in the afternoon. So boring!! Jacky tells me he reads my blog, and praised that my vocabulary is great. I'm not expecting readers, except those I have known now, because I know my blog is dull. And Jacky, please don't flatter me. My vocabulary is still weak.

I hate replacement...haiz......feel so tired right now.

Sorry guys...no time to decorate my blog with pictures...will do it if I have time......

Happy Birthday

It's my 16 birthday. To think happily, I should consider my birthday as the day I was born to the world, the day I know the surroundings. To think negatively, I have grown one year older and today was also the day my mum suffered to bring me to this world, for hours. The pain was no doubt excruciating. I appreciate her perseverance.

Half of my classmates remembered. And some of my friends. They actually sang Happy Birthday song in the class for me. Thanks.

Don't expect me to shed a tear.
Well....I have got to go. It's my birthday afterall...

Mourn

The bodies of all SMJK Chung Ling students who were involved in a tragic incident were found. Two were found on Sunday, the day the unfortunate accident happened, and the other four students were found on the next day.

SMJK Chung Ling, one of the top schools in Malaysia, has created many top students. It is sad that five students are dead in a tragic accident. Not to mention the teacher, he was so young. In fact, they were all young and deserved to live.

They were top students in their school. They scored 8As, one 7As (if I'm not mistaken) in PMR. They passed them with flying colours.

They deserved a second chance. A tragic that happened by accident should not have taken their lives away.

They deserved to be remembered. They were top students who scored high results.

They deserved to be mourned. They died in a tragic accident that could have happened to anyone but them.

They don't deserve to be blamed. Aspersions should not be cast upon them. They have died. Just let them rest in peace.

God bless you. Students. Hope you guys have a peaceful life in the other world.

Updates

OK. Due to the lack of time, I have to update my blog weekly, unless I have something I am keen to share with everyone, or else I'm updating my blog every Saturday and Sunday.

Let's begin with Monday.

==11 January==
My Chemistry class. My chemistry teacher is a humourous teacher. She is good in talking jokes, and intimadating of course, spooking us with a true fact that none of us likes to hear about. Anyway, I ignored it.
Time drags, and then later we realise that the time tables have been amended, and we are using the new one beginning tomorrow. Our form teacher is not in school, and therefore we have no idea what to do. Thanks to our english teacher for telling us, or else we will be going to school bringing the wrong books and spending the entire morning lazing around. It's my friend's birthday today, and I have almost forgotten that.

==12 January==
Due to the changes of the time table, we have six Biology classes and six Chemistry classes this week. Somehow we are elated, at least we are about to learn something what we want to learn. I mean, there's a reason why we chose science class, right? Nothing much happened. My Modern Maths teacher is still bad in teaching. My Add. Maths, on the other hand, gives us so many questions to solve. We are supposed to solve the puzzles, but the puzzles puzzled us instead.

==13 January==
First class of physics. I don't like Physics. I hate Physics, and also loves Physics because of the mathematical formulas I'm about to learn. Hate+Love=Neutralisation. No feelings grow towards Physics. Complicated? Then forget about it. We all have activities in the afternoon. By 'we' I exclude the form 3 students. We leave the school and make our way to a restaurant nearby. Me and A decide to pay for B's lunch, as a birthday present. It's belated, but he wouldn't mind, I reckon. Hot, hot and hot, walking in the sun is just hot.

==14 January==
More puzzles for us to solve, worse still, we are more puzzled than the puzzles. Our puzzles, accumulated, have outnumbered the puzzles that our teacher give us, and hence, as the puzzles increasing, our teacher is lost to rearrange them (Please try to figure out what I wrote metaphorically). Six classes of Science today, and out Chemistry teacher brings us to a science lab with air-conditioner. It is so cool and comfortable. Great. I hope this will continue. History teacher likes to talk, the bell has rung, and he still refuses to let us go. Haiz....First day of tuition, the room is quite packed.

==15 January==
What to say? IT list out, and my IT class is on Thursday. Most of us need to rearrange our time table just because of the idiot mastermind behind the IT list. Complaints are thrown to him, and he smartly avoided all of it. How he avoid it? Simple. Using a simple word: "It's your own problem". One more word from us and we are all corpses. Idiot!! House Practice, doing those silly things again that no one is eager of doing.

==16 January==
Morning activity. I never thought they will ask us to march. We are a little shocked but yet do it dutifully. Then they order us to cook. Cabbage, eggs, oil, salt, water, fishballs, meat. I scrutinise how they cook. I know they can't cook the minute they pour the oil. They don't have to pour so much oil to fry an egg. And their cabbage is uncooked. I don't care. I didn't join them, there is no reason for me to eat that piece of garbage. 12.30pm, the minute all of us are waiting for. Like a rabbit, we fled instantly as the time clocked 12.30pm. Afternoon, again, I'm exhausted. And I sleep again, and as I wake up, I eat my dinner.

End of story.
